For many years, I've been juggling a full schedule of clients and students and feeling overwhelmed with administrative tasks. Who Are Spirit Folk?
Spirit Folk are you and me. Spirit Folk are those who have always known and those who are waking up. Spirit Folk are the multitudes of "people" of all kinds and forms, human and more-than-human. Spirit Folk live in all dimensions and realms of space and time. Spirit Folk are humble, compassionate, and helpful members of an interconnected universal spirit world society. Spirit Folk are the Compassionate Helpers and Ancestors. Spirit Folk are the embodied human beings devoted and dedicated to living in awareness of our interbeingness. Spirit Folk are open to the enchanted consciousness of the Animate reality.
The Sacred Garden is a place where the softer outcasted parts of myself rejoice to have a seat and be welcomed in the circle. The many offerings within the garden are helping me re-friend my softer side and learn tools for engaging with all relations in a wholehearted way. 💗 K.M.O.

Many of us feel disconnected... uprooted from the land, from others, and even from ourselves. In the Sacred Garden, you’ll find a space where these connections are gently and intentionally restored. A place to:
- Reclaim your roots through Animist values that honor the interconnectedness of all beings. Whether through learning to communicate with spirit allies, tending an altar, or participating in sacred ceremonies, you’ll rediscover your place within the greater web of life.

The Sacred Garden invites participants to embrace Animist practices as tools for tending their spiritual and earthly lives:
These acts of tending the garden become metaphors for the Animist path itself, a way of living in harmony with the rhythms of nature, the spirit world, and the greater cosmic order.
- Weeding: Clearing out old patterns, limiting beliefs, and spiritual obstacles through energy work, elemental ritual, and introspection. Uprooting modern disruptions... patterns of disconnection from nature, old paradigms of separation, or harmful ways of relating to the world... making way for Animist consciousness to flourish.
- Planting: Setting clarifying intentions and cultivating sacred relationships with Helping Spirits, Ancestors, and the natural world through Animist rituals like offerings, prayers, and ceremonies.
- Watering: Nurturing these connections through consistent practices that honor the sacred, such as speaking to the spirits of the land, maintaining sacred altars, and observing natural cycles.
- Pruning: Letting go of what no longer serves to make room for healthier growth aligned with Core Values.

What *Actually* Happens in The Sacred Garden?
After joining, you begin by Opening the Gate and are welcomed to the Sacred Space. You are guided through the Entrance, and the self-paced Welcome Journey will orient you to the areas within the Sacred Garden.
Upon entry, you immediately have access to the full schedule of events, ceremonies, and teachings.

Each week features a topic or theme aligned with the Astrological season of the year. Online on Sunday mornings. (1.5 hr) Mondays - Morning Gene Keys & Tea Ceremony Greet the morning and the beginning of the work week with a contemplative tea ceremony, a time of quiet meditation together as we sip a hot cup of tea, while exploring the Gene Keys and the Golden Path. Some events are recorded and archived... some are not. A library of additional resources, on-demand content, and self-paced courses is being slowly cultivated within the Garden space and is included in your membership.

A key to the transformational beauty of this community membership is its ability to cultivate the deep roots of our relationality, allowing us to take hold in an online substrate “medium” that exists outside the mainstream mono-crop of social media culture. It offers a deep medicine to the way we engage with each other and an invitation to bring the ‘sacred social’ back into social media.
Here, we gather to cultivate a sacred media culture in a matrix where ancient, wise, and deeply feminine roots serve to influence and fertilize future technology. As Spirit Folk, we understand that we can be "influencers" of the energetic network of the internet by anchoring in and rooting down a mycelial motherweb of sacredness. - the Q’ero Ayllu and other lineages we draw from
- the land and more-than-human allies who support us
- a Supported amount – when your resources are tight, but this amount is within reach
- a Sustaining amount – when you can meet your needs reliably and want to help keep the Garden stable
- a Generous amount – when you have surplus and are moved to help make the Garden more accessible for others
Ayni With the Q’ero Community Ayllu & Paqo Lineage
As the Paqos and other guest facilitators participate in this community experience, they also receive a portion of the ongoing membership fees. This is an essential and necessary act of Sacred Reciprocity (Ayni), so be assured that your monetary resource is contributing to this reciprocal relationship.
Our Sacred Garden community is deeply nourished by Andean Paqo tradition and Q’ero teachings.
As part of our commitment to Ayni (sacred reciprocity):
- A portion of membership income is set aside for direct support to Q’ero families, based on needs they name themselves.
- For example, the Garden recently helped provide a hot water heater for one Q’ero family.
- At Solstice, we provided warm coats and new shoes to children in Q'eros.
- Future projects are already being supported through ongoing relationships and direct requests.
- Another portion goes directly to Q’ero Paqos in gratitude for:
- teachings
- ceremonies
- initiations
- divinations
As we continue into 2026, I'll be focused on the teaching and session work within The Sacred Garden. I'm already filling the available spots for this ceremonial container, and will close the gates when it reaches the capacity at which I can sustainably be of service. At that point, a waitlist will be available for anyone who would like to join if a space opens up.
